In addition to traditional yoga, we offer Kundalini Yoga, sound healing, guided meditation, and expressive arts therapy. These practices support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and creative connection. They invite you to slow down, listen inward, and come home to yourself.

Breathe & Flow
A gentle yet invigorating class that combines breathwork with flowing yoga poses. This practice focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and balance while cultivating a deep sense of calm and inner peace.

Gentle Hatha
This class emphasizes the connection between breath, body, and mind. Beginning with a seated warm-up, the practice flows from floor-based poses to standing postures, then returns to the floor for final rest. Each pose is guided with clear step-by-step instructions, reminders to breathe and encourages body awareness.

Reiki, Restorative & Sound Healing
As you rest in a restorative yoga pose, be soothed by a beautiful sound healing and Reiki journey. Restorative yoga allows the body to release tension, guiding you into deeper states of rest. With sound, the mind becomes still, allowing you to move into the vibration. Different frequencies are used to support your healing journey.
