YOGA

Class schedule for Fall/Winter 2025 at Everybody Yoga & Wellness, listing different yoga and wellness classes scheduled for each day of the week from Sunday to Saturday, including times and brief descriptions of each class.

Our yoga offerings are designed to meet the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're seeking strength, stillness, flexibility, or inner peace, our classes honor the full spectrum of yoga: from breath and movement to mindfulness and self-inquiry.

At EveryBody Yoga & Wellness, yoga is not just exercise—it’s a return to self.

In addition to traditional yoga, we offer Kundalini Yoga, sound healing, guided meditation, and expressive arts therapy. These practices support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and creative connection. They invite you to slow down, listen inward, and come home to yourself.

All levels are welcome. Come as you are—and leave feeling more like who you’re meant to be.

  • Yoga class

    Breathe & Flow

    A gentle yet invigorating class that combines breathwork with flowing yoga poses. This practice focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and balance while cultivating a deep sense of calm and inner peace.


    Suitable for students who can comfortably move from sitting to standing.

    Gentle Hatha

    This class emphasizes the connection between breath, body, and mind. Beginning with a seated warm-up, the practice flows from floor-based poses to standing postures, then returns to the floor for final rest. Each pose is guided with clear step-by-step instructions, reminders to breathe and encourages body awareness.

    A playful blend of Vinyasa flow featuring transitions that build strength, enhance balance, and deepen flexibility—all designed to unlock your body and quiet your mind.

    Whether you’re new to the mat or a seasoned yogi, there’s space here for you to move, explore, and vibe at your own pace. Come as you are.

    Energy Medicine & Movement

    A dynamic and enriching class that blends movement, astrology, art, psychology, seasonal Ayurvedic practices, and more to support personal growth and emotional balance.     Reiki, Restorative & Sound Healing

    As you rest in a restorative yoga pose, be soothed by a beautiful sound healing and Reiki journey. Restorative yoga allows the body to release tension, guiding you into deeper states of rest. With sound, the mind becomes still, allowing you to move into the vibration. Different frequencies are used to support your healing journey.

    Kundalini Yoga

    By tuning into the subtle energies of our weekly landscape, each class offers a thoughtfully chosen sequence. We combine physical postures and meditation, with a focus on breath-work to cultivate self-awareness. Every session concludes deep relaxation and a soothing gong bath.

    This practice is open to all who wish to join.

    Strength & Stability Yoga

    This practice is designed to help participants build functional strength to enhance—and reclaim—stability in everyday life. It can be a challenging yet accessible practice, suitable for all levels.
    Expect a combination of slow, controlled movement, longer holds, and breathwork to support both physical and mental resilience.

    Start your Sunday with a Gental Yoga Flow . This class utilizes traditional Hatha yoga postures (asanas) with focus on the breathe (pranayama or life force) for deep relaxation and gentle release. This class presents an opportunity to self-nurture and a respite from daily living. Beginner class.
