At EveryBody Yoga & Wellness, yoga is not just exercise—it’s a return to self.
In addition to traditional yoga, we offer Kundalini Yoga, sound healing, guided meditation, and expressive arts therapy. These practices support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and creative connection. They invite you to slow down, listen inward, and come home to yourself.

Breathe & Flow
A gentle yet invigorating class that combines breathwork with flowing yoga poses. This practice focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and balance while cultivating a deep sense of calm and inner peace.

Gentle Hatha
This class emphasizes the connection between breath, body, and mind. Beginning with a seated warm-up, the practice flows from floor-based poses to standing postures, then returns to the floor for final rest. Each pose is guided with clear step-by-step instructions, reminders to breathe and encourages body awareness.

$10 Flow with Intention
Flow with Intention is a vinyasa flow yoga class that incorporates gentle movement, breathwork, and vinyasa flow plus sound healing elements.
This class is suitable for those looking for stress relief or coming off an injury (modification options).

Gentle Fusion Yoga
A gentle fusion-style class blending multiple forms of yoga in a slow, easeful flow. Somatic cues support body awareness and breath cues guide the pace and rhythm of movement, inviting a deeper reconnection to your body. Designed to support relaxation and nervous system reset. Suitable for beginners or anyone seeking a slower, more grounded experience.
